He is the creator of the HEARTI Leader Quotient — a behavioral leadership assessment built on data from more than 1,600 leaders across industries.
With over 30 years of experience in creative strategy and cultural innovation, Corey has worked with Fortune 500 companies, award-winning advertising agencies, and global nonprofits across healthcare, technology, CPG, and financial services.
PrismWork’s research has been commissioned by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (Men@Work, 2022) and the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative and nFormation (PowHER Redefined, 2021). Corey teaches advertising at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas.
