Corey Jones

Corey Jones is the Founder and CEO of PrismWork and co-author of Intentional Power: The 6 Essential Leadership Skills for Triple Bottom Line Impact (Wiley, 2023). He is the creator of the HEARTI Leader Quotient — built on behavioral data from more than 1,600 leaders.

With over 30 years of experience in creative strategy and cultural innovation, Corey has worked with Fortune 500 companies, award-winning agencies, and global nonprofits. PrismWork’s research has been commissioned by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative. Corey teaches advertising at SMU in Dallas.
